The Annual Meeting will include a discussion of the status of public infrastructure projects, a presentation about the Districts’ outstanding debt, if any, and a presentation of the Districts’ current financial statements. There will also be an open forum to provide members of the public an opportunity to ask questions about the Districts.
While a quorum of the Boards may be in attendance at the Annual Meeting, no deliberations or decisions will be conducted by the Boards of Directors during the meeting.
