NOTICE OF INDEPENDENT MAIL BALLOT ELECTIONS MEAD PLACE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOS. 1-12 TUESDAY, MAY 6, 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that independent mail ballot elections will be held by Mead Place Metropolitan District Nos. 1-12, in the Town of Mead, County of Weld, State of Colorado (the “Districts”) on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. The elections will be conducted as independent mail ballot elections only. Mail ballots will be mailed to eligible electors between April 14, 2025 and April 21, 2025.

Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., April 14, 2025 through May 5, 2025, and Tuesday, May 6, 2025 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
